Chow, Baby!

Recently, we've been switching gears in the food department at our house. The boys have been moving more towards what the culinary world likes to call "textured" foods. I like to call it "less finger time on the 'pulverize' button." Unfortunately, while our foods are getting chunkier, our little Benjamin is not. Last week's 9 month check up revealed a husky 17lb. A.B. and a MUCH smaller 14.7lb. Benji.

Wow! I mean, I haven't seen them like in person or anything, but, in the pics, they look the same size! A 3 pound diff! Wonder why that is.. but, at least they are both healthy and growing if not at the same rate! Good job mom and dad!!!!!

was the doc worried? is everything else normal with Ben? Hey if i had had twins then Ben would be just like Tyler. He did not start wearing clothing for his age (like if he was 2 then he should be in 2T) untill he was 4. And he was always on the bottom of the grow chart. But look at him now! So there is hope for little Benji. He is so darn cute! xoxox

Amber~Everything checks out with Ben, he's just a smaller kid. The doc isn't worried because he's consistantly growing. We trust too! I don't mind though, I get the best of both worlds. Big boy Abe and baby Ben :)

They are each completely different individuals. Life would be quite boring if they were exactly the same size, developed at the exact same time. etc. Think of all those "firsts" and then times two!
