We had a fabulous 4th celebrating with some family friends at their house and then later moving on to our street's block party! The boys had their first dip in the pool, ate hot dogs, chips and watermelon, experienced their first sparklers, and stayed up entirely too late! Aside from not loving the pool and the bigger fireworks, I'd call it a successful evening!

So glad to hear we weren't the only ones keeping our kid up WAY past bedtime and letting them play with the sparklers. Looks like a great time, Happy 4th Sloans!

You most certainly did not give that boy Coca-Cola!!! I am hoping the can was empty. Looks like a great time had by all, except for the water. Give em time. They will learn to love it. Although Abe didn't look like he seemed to mind it too much.
