Good Friends-REVISED

My dear friend and fellow stay-at-home-mom to two precious girls recently posted this list from a K-5 teaching guide on "being friends." As I read through her blog, however, I found that I agreed with the entire list but felt like it was lacking one, but a very important quality, nonetheless. So without further ado, I give you my addition to the list of "being friends."
-Good friends* tell you when it's time to put the flares away and DO A NEW THING.
*And then they don't hold it against you when you take a picture of yourself standing on the toilet in your 1970's tiled bathroom and then post it on your blog.
So thanks for being a good friend, Dani! And for loving me despite my love of all things Freshman year :)

Tania-I most definitely do not fit into my clothes from high school. I just still love flare jeans and cannot get over this skinny leg thing! However, now that the flare is "gone" for a while, I have no choice but to adapt :) Dani is helping me work on it! Hahaha! Love you too, girl!

Oh man. If flares are bad.. lets not even go into my wardrobe! Ha! You look great!

You look fabulous darling!!! I too have bought my first pair and they are a hard adjustment. You really have to rely on someone being honest with you in telling you how you look in them. Don't lose anymore Sarah, k?

I love you sweetie,

Love you oh so very much Ra-Ra

I think the 70's tile color coordinates with your outfit making the picture complete!

Just read this today :) Love you!

Jeans: It's official, wide-legs and flares are back. The front rows have been filled with them (on fashion eds, not celebs), and everyone from Derek Lam to Reem Acra showed versions. The high-waisted, flared look is infinitely more flattering than the skinnies that have dominated for years. Paired with a chunky platform heel, they give you legs for miles.
